Our Story
Dynamic Consulting was established in 2019 through a word of mouth recommendation from a past client. The call and subsequent meeting laid the foundation and revealed a market need I knew we could fill!
I had spent years in corporate America building sales teams and delivering results of the highest standards for the largest players in the game. My career started with Genuine Parts Company and NAPA Auto Parts where I gained knowledge in the automotive space leading multi-unit operations in Detroit, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis. In my time there, we created a synergistic approach of merging operational excellence with exceptional sales leadership. We put our customer first and we won in big ways.
I then went to Amazon where I learned first hand what the best company in the world was doing to win! This was a masters course in operational prowess and people management that I was blessed to have the opportunity. I now bring this to my business for my clients.
My drive to take on new challenges continued as I jumped into the startup world in robotics and software. I helped this company seek out acquisition targets to aid in our journey of growth and innovation. Through that process, I was able to move into the Vice President of Sales role leading all of North America. I brought a client first mentality and delivered on the promise to grow their business. My goals were to provide each client with strategies to win in the long term and achieve their own goals.
