Dynamic Consulting was established in 2019 through a word of mouth recommendation from a past client of mine. The call and subsequent meeting laid the foundation and revealed a market need that I knew we could fill! I had spent years in corporate America building sales teams and delivering results of the highest standards for the largest players in the game. My career started with Genuine Parts Company and NAPA Auto Parts where I cut my teeth in the automotive space leading multi-unit operations in Detroit, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis. In my time there we created a synergistic approach where we merged operational excellence with exceptional sales leadership. We put our customer first and we won in big ways. My journey then took me to Amazon where I learned first hand what the best company in the world was doing to win! This was a masters course in operational prowess and people management that I was blessed to have the opportunity. The customer  first mentality was paramount and I now bring this to my business every day for my clients.  My drive to take on new challenges continued as I jumped into the startup world in the world of robotics and software. I helped this company seek out acquisition targets to aid in our journey of growth and innovation. Through that process I was able to move into the Vice President of Sales role leading all of North America. I brought the client first mentality to my clients here and delivered on the promise to grow their business. My goals were to provide each client with strategies to win in the long term and achieve their own goals.  Dynamic Results Consulting is bringing years of experience into the small business arena. Where there is a huge need to reverse the trend of 80% of small businesses not selling but instead shutting down and robbing the owner of the payoff they've been working years to attain. We provide something other brokers and advisors can't or won't, The Dynamic Difference which simply puts the client first! We take the time to understand your goals and aspirations and we tailor our approach to win for you!
